review
It doesn't take a technology expert to realize that Intel processors dominate the laptop market and AMD is playing catchup. This impression may change with the Compaq nx6325 ($1,249 direct, as tested), the first business notebook to arrive at my bench running the new 1.6-GHz AMD Turion 64 X2 TL-52 CPU. Though its clock speed may not conjure up images of bleeding-edge performance, this system can hang right in there with the similarly configured 1.67-GHz Intel Core Duo T2300 notebooks I've tested recently.
