The eMachines T3120 ($399.99 direct) is a basic PC that will satisfy your essential computing needs, such as Web surfing and e-mail. Using the machine for more demanding multimedia tasks will require some serious upgrades—but then again, you're probably not looking for earth-shattering power if you're shopping in the T3120's price category.
