Even though the Xerox 7750DN is the oldest model here, we brought it back to this roundup to defend the Editors' Choice it received in our issue of April 20, 2004. Good thing, too, since it did not disappoint. With nearly a year for other products to catch up, the 7750DN held strong, with fast times and quality that hold up against any of its competitors.

Bottom Line

The Xerox Phaser 7750DN is the printer of choice for color network lasers. It offers tremendous paper-handling features and the best all-around experience to date.

Pros

Fast performance. Easy setup. Very good quality. Excellent balance of speed, features, ease of use, and overall output quality.

Cons

Not the fastest on either test suite, but a close second on both.
