REVIEW
For small businesses, server storage needs revolve around having access to commonly used documents and data. To fill this need, companies like Gateway are producing relatively powerful entry-level servers, such as the Gateway 9115 ($1,692 as tested, $799 extra for Windows 2003 Server Standard). This one-way 1U server is designed for the SMB market, or smaller workgroups within a larger organization. As such, it will not be a powerhouse that can run a multimillion-dollar e-commerce Web site, but it will do the job as a local file/print server or as a low-traffic/intranet Web server.
