RIPPED OFF AND VERY UPSET!!

Pros: If phone not defective, then the phone its alot of fun, great camera.
Cons: Low battery life, small keyboard keys, software issues, no video, few ring tones.
The Bottom Line: If you buy this phone , be aware of software issues and Sprint bad customer service.

Pros: screen, camera, OS, touchstone wireless charging
Cons: battery life, play in the slide when closed , keyboard takes getting used to.

Palm Pre is for me

Pros: OS, multi-tasking, tethering capabilities, and future application, and cost effective.
Cons: Phone is platic-ee with proprietary USB connections. No video recorder, not an iphone competitor.
The Bottom Line: I recommend this for business and trendy people who want style and functionality. Multi tasking is the best feature by far but is in no way an iphone competitor.
