Pros: Superb quality, true 6-channel capability, will last a lifetime
Cons: Can't be bought heavily discounted from legitimate dealers... Remote control designed by truly cruel individuals

A Solid Performer that will Meet all your Needs.
Pros: Clarity, signal processing, inputs, ease of use
Cons: Remote can be improved.
The Bottom Line: Solid build. Quality sound. Great DSP. Plenty of power for in-home use. Lots of inputs. The 2802 will be an excellent addition to any high quality home theatre system.

Cons: Remote control, learning is impossible
