Pros: Superior sound.
Cons: THX Select Certified Unit cratered in less than a year.
The Bottom Line: Get it or go to the theater weekly for $7.50 a pop and plan on going to pee after drinking that 5.50 Coke. Update: Go with the TX-DS797

Pros: Excellent quality, full range A/V receiver for home theatre at less than $1000.
Cons: Forgot to list in specs that fan is thermostatically controlled
The Bottom Line: A best buy, great looks, full-featured, high quality unit recommended for the A/V budget in the $1000 range.
