great EXCEPT....it keeps BREAKING

Pros: When it works it works great
Cons: Breaks every few months-customer service very frustrating
The Bottom Line: I don't know if it's cheap parts or we purchased a damaged machine. Had we received a replacement machine we may have been very happy with it.
