Excellent Sound, but Problems Developed

Pros: crisp highs and excellent bass; very powerful; 5 channel preamp output
Cons: developed hissing problem; no 5 channel stereo mode; could have more inputs
The Bottom Line: To summarize, if working properly, the sound is incredible. But, if you are going to try this Harman Kardon, MAKE SURE YOU GET A WARRANTY!

Will not buy HK again.

Pros: Hard to think of pro's when the con's are such a big deal
Cons: Where do I begin...no multi-speaker playback for music, very confusing, etc.
The Bottom Line: Do not purchase this receiver. You will be much happier with something else. This is overpriced junk.
