Pros: Picture quality is excellent.
Cons: July firmware update faulty; Samsung refuses to fix it to allow Netflix movies on demand.
The Bottom Line: Company attitude is that customers don't count. Known firmwware problems not fixed. Don't reward a callous attitude. Hardware reliability is worthless without reliable firmware.

Cool Netflix and Blu-Ray Capabilities

Pros: Netflix capability, great standard and Blu-Ray performance.
Cons: Very slow response time to remote commands. Occasional lock-ups (very infrequent).
The Bottom Line: A great Blu-Ray player for both standard and Blu-Ray discs; very cool Netflix capability. Slow response times, with occasional lock-ups leave room for improvement.

Pros: Easy Netflix streaming, easy firmware updates. HDMI 1.3.
Cons: Needs firmware updates right out of the box to work.
