Pros: Signficant product "potential" (lightweight, compact, HD, etc.).Cons undermine product potential though.
Cons: Poor quality product (bad/hot pixels).Horrible customer support and relations.No backing of product warranty & repair.
The Bottom Line: Buyer beware of the Zi6 and Kodak support.

Pros: Simple, AA batteries, retractable USB arm, expandable memory, HD, large 2.4" LCD screen
Cons: Maintain a steady arm or jerky video, exposed lens

Pros: High Quality, High Def, Fits in a pocket, Easy to use, removemable memory.
Cons: Zoom is mechanical, Software is suspect,

Pros: slick looking. cell-phone quality photo (still) ability. exceptional close-up ability.
Cons: Very bad software.
The Bottom Line: The slick look and above average memory ability, plus the good close-up shots, are not able to surmount the bad software and editing problems.

Bought from QVC-didn't get great buy

Pros: Small , uses AA batteries and SD card, takes acceptable videos-both outside and inside.
Cons: Not enough documentation. Can't see screen in bright sunlight. May be a glitch in software.
The Bottom Line: I would buy this product again but probably not from QVC. I love being able to take a small, easy to use video camera with me.

Generally, I like the Zi6. I didn't get anything except the unit itself when I bought from QVC ...
