Great concept, Terrible hardware

Pros: Great concept, at first it works great and filters nicely and cuts well.
Cons: TERRIBLE hardware, guaranteed to break, unprofessional customer service.
The Bottom Line: To anyone that may be interested, it's almost guaranteed to break. We've had three and they have all broken within three months.

Poor Quality and Lots of Software Issues
