Pros: This phone's music player and keyboard are the best! The sound is clear and loud.
Cons: The only would have to be the touch screen, it's sensitive to warm hands.
The Bottom Line: If you decide to choose this phone, I recommend you to be patient and learn how to navigate the phone until you get used to, it's stylish and just right!

Pros: Great Interface, Excellent phone lock mechanism
Cons: 1st Generation of these phones SUCK!
The Bottom Line: Highly recommended for texters--not a big fan of talking on the phone. If you're having problems with this phone, make sure it's not an older version!
