Cons: cost, glitches, some limited usability

Pros: Touchscreen is the best I touched.
Cons: iTunes and DRM music. No fm tuner.
The Bottom Line: This is one the best MP3 players out there, microsoft's ZUNE is quite good and is probably better overall but it lacks the touchscreen, so iPod wins.

It Doesn't Make Sense!
Pros: Slick interface, Music navigation (must have good ID tags), Slick web browser, Apps
Cons: Expensive, Internet-related stuff doesn't make sense, $10 for firmware upgrade
The Bottom Line: Easy to use, fast, slick, and highly connected. It's not exactly mobile Internet, though, since it relies on WiFi.
