Amazing What It Can Do

Cons: cost, glitches, some limited usability
The Bottom Line: This is not for people who need a simple player, don't have wifi or don't have tons of money to spend. If this isn't you, the Touch is amazing

Pros: Touchscreen is the best I touched.
Cons: iTunes and DRM music. No fm tuner.
The Bottom Line: This is one the best MP3 players out there, microsoft's ZUNE is quite good and is probably better overall but it lacks the touchscreen, so iPod wins.

Pros: Slick interface, Music navigation (must have good ID tags), Slick web browser, Apps
Cons: Expensive, Internet-related stuff doesn't make sense, $10 for firmware upgrade
The Bottom Line: Easy to use, fast, slick, and highly connected. It's not exactly mobile Internet, though, since it relies on WiFi.
