Versatile BUT many flaws

Pros: QWERTY keyboard, Internet, 4g memory card slot (w/WM6.1), great camera, WIFI, multi-media, touch screen.
Cons: POOR reliability, locks up daily, horrible support from Samsung, updates lacking, unstable operating-system!
The Bottom Line: Wait for somethings else if you can. Be sure to backup all data daily just in case the phone needs a hard reset (Verizons answer for all problems)

Pros: Definitely the qwerty key pad and the windows mobile
Cons: The screen doesn't lock out while you are talking so my face activates buttons.
The Bottom Line: Buy this phone, its sturdy and comes with 2 batteries for when you are away on business.

Pros: Wireless Sync, Voice Commands, Windows Mobile 6
Cons: To use this device to its fullest, unlimited data plan would be best.
The Bottom Line: The Samsung i760 is an excellent device for network admins/pc technicians that are always on the go. If you need to constantly stay in sync, this device is great.
