Beware - Multiple units did not work, bad warranty

Pros: The packaging arrived undamaged. That's about it for pros.
Cons: Product did not work. Warranty is expensive to use. Nonexistent tech support. Unprofessional phone manner.
The Bottom Line: Avoid it! Multiple items of the same unit didn't work, the warranty cost too much to even use, and my experience with their phone staff was horrible.
