Solid Minidisc Recorder/Player

Pros: Manual record level adjustable-on-the-fly. Good sound. Can use standard AA battery. Full Operation w/o remote.
Cons: Cheap headphones & remote. Non back-lit LCD display.
The Bottom Line: This is a real nice well built minidisc recorder.

Pros: Nice feature set. Recordable, functional remote, everything included.
Cons: Carrying case is really a bag.
The Bottom Line: If you need an inexpensive player that can also record, get this unit!

Pros: Design, accessories, display and sound quality.
Cons: Battery life, earphones and somewhat tricky navigation of controls.
The Bottom Line: Built like a BMW, and with just as many extras, the MD-SR60 is beautiful. However, as with a BMW, you don't get many miles to the gallon (battery life).
