ipod vs. minidisc (MZ-R90) Battle of the beasts!
Pros: Size, Weight, Remote, Sound quality, recording functions
Cons: Noisy, Pricey, Charger not universal, Can't match the speed and simplicity of my ipod.
The Bottom Line: If you're in the market for a small simple used Minidisc Player ala Ebay, this one can't be beat for the price these days. Great for recording anything.

Pros: The size and weight...small and light.
Cons: Expensive, but worth every bit of the cost.

Outstanding MD-recorder.
Pros: Portable, lightweight, good battery life, easy to record and excellent quality and durability.
Cons: MZ-R900 has longer battery life. =/ Other than that, this one's the better pick.
The Bottom Line: This is the best.. maybe 2nd best (comparable with mz-r900) MD-recorder on market.

Nice size, but is being replaced.
Pros: Small, inexpensive, LCD backlit remote.
Cons: Slow read speed.
The Bottom Line: Buy this if its less than $250 (Right now its June 30th) if not, go with a new Sony minidisc.
