LG VX9400. Does it really have live streaming TV?

Pros: Great sound quality, a decent camera, sleek design, TV with only about 5 second delay.
Cons: Not many TV channels to choose from, only available with Verizon, difficult to use.
The Bottom Line: I would definitely suggest this to any serious cell-phone buyer with a verizon plan.
