Tivo Series 3 HD DVR Rocks!

Pros: Record HD, Picture quality, HDMI support, Large storage capacity
Cons: Very expensive, 2 way cable services not supported, Cable card install can be a nightmare

WOW It's a High Definition TiVo!!!!!

Pros: High definition, THX certified, HDMI and digital out audio out connections, two tuners
Cons: Expensive price, configuring the cable cards used by the two tuners is a challenge
The Bottom Line: TiVo series 3 is a wonderful accompaniment to you flat screen HD TV and your cable provider's HD content. The only HD TiVo DVR. I highly recommend it!

Pros: Classic TiVo interface, remote, THX quality recordings, OLED display, networking features
Cons: Abysmal customer service, finicky guided setup, price(?), mediocre TiVoToGo integration
The Bottom Line: This is the finest HD DVR available. Look no further if it's in your price range. If it's out of your price range, get another job. It's that good.
