Pros: Long battery life, great sound quality, very durable
Cons: BAD mp3 playing
The Bottom Line: This is a good product, but if it has mp3 support problems... then it's like an overpriced CD player! Yech, don't waste your money on this.

Pros: None.
Cons: Many. Battery life terrible w/MP3s, lock-ups, etc.
The Bottom Line: Don't buy it because it is a waste of money. DON'T!

Barebone MP3 Player

Pros: Reliable playback of all CD's and CDR's, Car Kit
Cons: Bad headphones, low power amp.
The Bottom Line: For between $50 and $80 is probably a good deal, above that maybe some of the other MP3 players would be better.

Pros: Car Kit, long battery life
Cons: Skips, locks up, no ID3 tag support, no VBR support, poor owner's manual
The Bottom Line: Panasonic should be ashamed of themselves! This unit is unreliable at best. Poor MP3 compatibility problems plague this unit. Take my advice and avoid it.

Panasonic mp3/CD player

Pros: No skipping, solid sound quality, came with car kit.
Cons: poor quality headphone, lack of functions.
The Bottom Line: Pansonic SL-mp50 is just an average mp3/CD player, good enough for ordinary usage. But if you looking for functions, get the RioVolt sp250 instead.
