This cool little player is one HOT item!

(5.00 out of 5) by nobody777 on Dec 15, 2003

Pros: Excellent Sound, Great features, Intuitive Design, Lightweight, Nice Backlit Display, Remote, Rechargeable Bateries, ID3 Support
Cons: No Car Adapter Kit
The Bottom Line: This is the best I have seen in the CD MP3 player department. Most noteable features include: fantastic sound, great anti-skip technology, easy-to-read display with backlight, upgradeable firmware!

After reading tons of reviews and demoing several CD MP3 players, I finally decided to spend my hard ...

Excellent player with many features

(5.00 out of 5) by xpxalot on Nov 18, 2003

Pros: MP3&WMA, FM tuner, good sound, easy to operate, clear LCD, downloadable firmware, good batteries
Cons: Potentially confusing battery recharge
The Bottom Line: No problems, great features, upgradeable - would buy again without hesitating. Used as meant (meaning not leaving in rain or dropping off roof, etc.) it's a very sturdy, reliable product.

I have loved this player! I've had it for 2 years now, and I haven't got a single bad thing to say a ...

Cons: worst ever support , plastic case brakes easily (no replacement, no repair)
The Bottom Line: Would not buy anything again at Sonic Blue. 150$ for repair and a new player 100$. Extraordinarily cheeky.

When I bought it, Rio was one of the best players to get. As stated in other reviews, there a ...

Cons: none so far, a little pricey for the beginner. check ebay.
The Bottom Line: Excellent player. Definitly for the user who wants more but cant afford top of the line.

I love this mp3 player. I have only had it a few days but have tested every thing I know that might ...

It was a great player, until it broke!

(3.00 out of 5) by greybeh on Jul 14, 2003

Pros: Lots of features, hours of music on one MP3 CD
Cons: Broke three months out of warranty, expensive!
The Bottom Line: This is an expensive unit and after just a year and 3 months, I'm in search of a replacement. This was a very bad purchase for me.

I must preface this review by saying that I'm relatively rough on my portable audio equipment. I car ...
