Pros: Liked being able to record other programs while watching a second one.
Cons: It died after 7 1/2 months of use
The Bottom Line: I'd buy if I could get the extended warranty for a reasonable price.

The "highly worthwhile" upgrade to a digital converter box

Pros: No monthly fee, great quality recordings, very straightforward to use.
Cons: Not EnergyStar, short warranty, some fan noise even when "off", no S-Video output, no Netflix.
