The Bottom Line: A must have for a great sounding computer system, but you will want to be sure you have a good headset and/or speakers to take advantage of it.

Superb output, as one would expect from a Sound Blaster.

Pros: Amazing sound! Surround works brilliantly in games and DVD. Easy setup. Decent software suite.
Cons: No more standard inputs. No automatic mode switching.
The Bottom Line: Hate the lack of standard inputs. Love everything else about the card. Certainly recommend if you're looking for Xtremely good sound quality.

Great sound for a great price

Pros: Great sound, great price, and just an overall quality product.
Cons: Cannot rip to .mp3 format out of the box.
The Bottom Line: One of the best affordable computer upgrades anyone could buy if they use their computer for any of the following: Gaming, Music, Movies.

Pros: X-Fi...a hologram for the ears. Changing the way games are enjoyed...FOREVER.
Cons: Hmmm... no lights ?
