Pros: Extremely compact, sharp images, simple to use, very fast, economical.
Cons: Fastest ratio is f/3.5, or higher with zoom.
The Bottom Line: The Sony 18-70mm zoom for the Alpha/Maxxum mount is an ideal general use lens. If you have only one lens for one of these cameras, this one will work well.
