Pros: 100 hours of recording time. Record 2 shows while watching something you recorded already
Cons: Can't save a recorded movie or show
The Bottom Line: I love having the freedom to record whatever shows I want to watch later. Pause in real time if you have to leave the room or answer the phone

Not worth it

Pros: longer pause time
Cons: Much more difficult to use than the directivo.
The Bottom Line: I don't recommend this receiver. It does not do what it claims, or what I bought it for. Hard to use, limited capabilities and unreliable.

Pros: Has not caught fire yet. Went to DISH!
Cons: Just a few listed.... There is more.
The Bottom Line: Skip this unit... and DirecTV. They are getting too big for their britches like cable did before satellite came out.
