Terrible Experience with Customer Support

Pros: Works very well when it works. Fast, good display, nice user interface.
Cons: Limited sample size (1 unit) my conclusion is that Garmin has very poor quality control.
The Bottom Line: I am now afraid of Garmin products. If they fail, expect to pay a hefty price....

Pros: Great battery life. Great map support. Easy to use buttons. Great menu system. Good Memory.
Cons: Crappy Display. No memory expansion. Doesn't float.
The Bottom Line: Pass on purchasing this model and search for a color model with better display and expandable memory.

Pros: Excellent reception, intuitive, lots of extra features, durable, water resistant
Cons: Software had to be reloaded, have to purchase maps separately
The Bottom Line: I recommend the Garmin 60CSx because of its excellent reception, usb connectivity, extra features and durability.
