Bad Disk but after 1yr of use

Pros: Great color, great sound, one screen still works
Cons: DVD only works if lying flat due to bad latch on DVD door.
The Bottom Line: I recommend this because my kids are hard on things yet for the most part these have held up to a lot of wear.

Bad Disk (again)

Pros: When it worked, it was great. My 4 year old could use the remote.
Cons: You can't turn the screen off on the player side, only the second screen.

Battery Fails - Horrible Customer Service

Pros: The unit works fairly well on 120VAC or the car adapter
Cons: The battery fails almost immediately, and Polaroid Customer Service is NON-EXISTENT.
The Bottom Line: Don't buy it... I could take the early failure OR the bad customer service (bordering on theft) but not both.

Pros: Comes with a battery backup. Kids can't access the buttons very easily. Remote.
Cons: "Bad Disc" error renders it unusable.
The Bottom Line: Avoid this machine at all costs. There may be some machines out there working well, but there's too much of a risk it will break!
