Pros: design, built-quality, high volume output
Cons: weak battery life, so-so bass output, cable-mess, price, unprotected drivers
The Bottom Line: if you want loud portable sound and 3-4 hours of batterylife are enough for you, you will probably be happy with the boomtube, but don't expect bassy miracles!

Pros: Good design, big loud sound, decent bass for portable speakers
Cons: A bit pricey for advertised price, mediocre sound quality, some cable mess
