Cons: WOW - to many to mention, avoid at all costs, go to Dish

Inferior device from an inferior company

Pros: It was inexpensive.
Cons: Frequent resets required, recording and reception problems, very slow to respond to remote control commands
The Bottom Line: Not recommended, especially considering DirecTV's inferior customer service and deceptive billing practices.
