MyFi Served me for 17 months
Pros: 5-hours recording, long-life battery, 30 presets, car & home kits
Cons: Price too high. Intermittent recording problems.

Pros: You can turn any radio into an XM receiver.
Cons: Does not "go" anywhere. Short battery life. XM subscription price.
