So Far, So Good
Pros: Good quality video, good accessories, and a great price.
Cons: Very sensitive to temperature change, questionable life span.
The Bottom Line: It is cheap, and it has lasted for us, at least. I would recommend to buy one, but treat it nice and be aware of its warranty.

Good for a small child
Pros: child-friendly device with carrying case to hang from headrest, 16:9 ratio screen
Cons: Durability seems to be a consistent problem
The Bottom Line: Good for a child who is likely to break it eventually anyway. Bad for an adult who will be frustrated when it stops working for no reason.
