Serious bug in onboard software

Pros: Cheap (after rebate)
Cons: Terrible, terrible software, limited tech support, terrible documentation
The Bottom Line: Not up to par at all in software quality. Buttons are hard to use, too. Get a Sony, Garmin or TomTom.

Cons: Software blows mounting arm wobbles lacks value
