Pros: Good during the warranty period. (1 year) After that, IT DIES! STAY AWAY FROM PANASONIC!
Cons: This unit died 2 weeks after warranty expired and the company won't do A THING!

Great Sound and Features for the $$$

Pros: Great Sound for $$$ and not a bad 'look'. Nice DVD/VCR/CD features.
Cons: Barely adequate instructions, particularly stand assembly. Remote tough to decipher but all functions there.
