Considering this receiver for ease of installation?

Pros: Good: Fast install. Better: Equally fast uninstall.
Cons: My infinity speakers sounded like they were mounted on the outside of the car.
The Bottom Line: Spend the extra time for the install of the Sirius receiver, you don't want to sacrifice the quality of the amp and features.
