Pretty good monitors

Pros: Sound clarity, looks, loudness
Cons: Blew woofers. Subtle bass. Flat without equalizer. Awkward volume knobs and power switches on back.
The Bottom Line: Great if you like good sound quality, don't abuse them and if you're not looking for extreme bass response.

Excellent Studio Monitor for the Price

Pros: Clean, wide stereo image. Great highs and basic bass. Compact!
Cons: A bit weak on sub-bass, but who cares... get a subwoofer!
The Bottom Line: Hey- there are a million monitors out there, but for a well built, reputablely manufactured and great sound- MKII!

Very good for the price

Pros: Powered Monitors, pretty flat reproduction, well shielded
Cons: Slightly muddy low-end
The Bottom Line: For less than $500, it would be hard to beat them. But you get what you pay for!
