Pros: Good for your health, gives energy when awakening in the dark of winter mornings.
Cons: Expensive, need to buy special bulb or extra controller. Small controls. No cd.
The Bottom Line: This is a great solution for early risers in the dark of winter. The gentle, natural sunrise reduces stress in the morning.

The best way to wake up--by far

Pros: Optional controller for other light sources Sunrise simulator=happiness
Cons: light is not as bright as some would like
The Bottom Line: Buy this alarm clock. It has all the features you want and can be extended using the controller. It makes waking up 100% easier and less painful.
