Cons: No optical viewfinder, no AV-out, some red-eye problems, so-so video clip quality

Pros: Light, Must-Have LCD screen, Snazzy black finish, Pretty Pictures. Start drooling.
Cons: No viewfinder, no on-camera black & white.
