Very disappointed with DVD and customer service!

Pros: When unit worked, good picture, good sound, long battery life.
Cons: Unit only lasted 3 mos. Replacement didnt work. 8hrs on phone with Customer Service
The Bottom Line: dvd unit nonfunctional after 3 mos. Customer service poor, replacement product did not work from factory packaging. would not but this one again
