Pros: none to speak of, started to have problems just as the warranty ran out
Cons: no support whatsoever not on line not on the phone not in Email,
The Bottom Line: DON'T BUY THIS OR OTHER SONY PRODUCTS BECAUSE SONY SELLS KNOWINGLY DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS AND THEN DOESN'T CARE
