Pros: Very sturdy, durable and easy to adjust.
Cons: Heavier than many monopods but that's so it can support more weight.

Pros: Quickly adjusts with trigger control.
Cons: Not totally automatic, manual bottom section.
The Bottom Line: Good overall quick monopod for those that like quickly adjusting height.
