Pros: use this head unit with your ipod for up 6 months with no problems.
Cons: (see review)Insultingly horrendous tech support. Interface is actually terrible and dangerous

Alpine builds quality and this unit is no exception

Pros: Outstanding sound quality and construction. Beautiful design work on the faceplate as well.
Cons: Controls are not very user friendly, pricey compared to the competition, (Sony, JVC, Panasonic, etc).

Pros: Sound quality, search files/folders/stations function, connectivity features
Cons: Unintuitive interphase and AM reception is poor. No graphic EQ.
The Bottom Line: Buy it, but for God's sake: Read the user's guide.

disappointing receiver

Pros: Cheap. Clean sounds. Great quality.
Cons: No EQ!!!! No DSP!!! No sound configuration!!! Flat-sounding when used with an amp.
