Pros: Cheap games available; durable system; big, bright graphics; great exclusive titles
Cons: Sports games haven't aged well; few good RPGs

Pros: Well built. Easy to maintain and clean.Great library of games. Simple controlls.
Cons: Older system, Takes up more space than the second version.
The Bottom Line: Well worth the little bit of money you will probably pay for it. Tons of games were made for it which can be had for very little. Simple controlls

Pros: Pioneering system that is still relevant. Great sports games!
Cons: Team rosters not current. No 3-D graphics.
The Bottom Line: Based on any argument, the Genesis has awesome games. Very playable games and entertaining games. And at today's rates, it's a great place to start!
