Buyer Beware!!!

Pros: Good upgrade of NTSC. Good remote control. Easy to setup TV. Good picture.
Cons: Poor customer care. Poor availability of repair parts. Poor reliability. No product recall program.
The Bottom Line: Do not buy - fatal quality problem that cannot be repaired, and Samsung demonstrated poor concern for the customer.
