Pros: Handy, portable, great image, size is just right. Plays most videos.
Cons: Battery life only 2-3 hours. Navigation buttons pop off sometimes.

Inferior product and customer service

Pros: 20GB hard drive, video capability
Cons: EXTREMELY poor customer support, Inferior durability.
The Bottom Line: Avoid the RCA Lyra RD2780. It is not very durable under normal use (plugged into stereo, computer and in case going to from work/school). EXTREMELY poor customer service.

How RCA/Thomson supports this product...

Pros: It worked fairly well as an mp3 player...for 2 weeks.
Cons: Known headphone jack issue......no interest in helping existing customers.
The Bottom Line: Do not buy this or any other RCA mp3 product - their support is poor and they're more interested in acquiring new customers than supporting existing ones.
