Is it really a bargain?

Pros: cheap on ebay, good mirrors, autostar
Cons: poor quality of eyepieces, mount and drives; need for 3rd party advice on setting-up
The Bottom Line: don't get this obsolete scope, there are better options.

Pros: Great views for less money - perfect for the beginning astronomer.
Cons: Lots of adjusting needed for accuracy.
The Bottom Line: Ease of use - B- Eyepieces - D- Affordability - A Portability - C "Coolness" - A Overall (for amateurs) - B- Overall (for more studied individuals) - D
