BEL Express 920 sufficient for casual speeders

Pros: Reasonable price, good features. Minimal falsing in town.
Cons: Flimsy bracket.
The Bottom Line: Good bang for buck for casual speeders. Seems to provide sufficient warning in most situations. Bracket could be improved. Good anti-falsing technology. Lead-footed drivers may want detector with longer range.

Pros: Cheap, good sensitivity, good city mode, voice alerts, self test mode could be skipped
Cons: small letters for the different bands, voice not too clear
The Bottom Line: It seems to work well, but because it is so cheap I have a hard time trusting it. More time will tell better.

Pros: Sleek look.
Cons: No volume control, very loud, expensive, mounting bracket complicated, no instructions.
The Bottom Line: Avoid this model, stick with the Whistler line. At least you can control the volume with those.
