Pros: Powerful, clean, Digital Time Correction for speaker placement, bass control, separate bass pre-out.
Cons: The motorized faceplate is the most mechanically unsound component on the device. Expensive.
The Bottom Line: If you want to control every nuance of your subwoofers from the front seat and have sonic control over all speaker's frequencies, then get the Alpine CDA 7892.

Pros: Great tuner, colorful display, good power amp section.
Cons: No CD text unless changer used.
The Bottom Line: Alpine quality through and through, I would recommend this to ANYONE that doesn't need CD text reading, and that is most people.

Stay away from this product!
Pros: wireless remote, xm satellite radio compatible, built-in subwoofer effect
Cons: makes loud noises when face angle is moved, jams cd's, not many options
The Bottom Line: Do not buy! Huge risk, only reads cd's about 75% of time. Loud noises surface after a few months, not a good player to buy!
