It's actually a JVC

Pros: Good audio and video quality, and decent editing features.
Cons: Consumer JVC deck branded as "Pro" Panasonic, lightweight construction, limited display on unit's LED screen.
The Bottom Line: Although the Panasonic is a fine unit, it may make more sense to go straight to the source and buy a JVC.
