Trouble with magic focus

Pros: This is my second large screen tv from Hitachi and I love the pictures quality.
Cons: I am not pleased with the response I got when filing a complaint.
The Bottom Line: My tv should be fixed by Hitachi. It isn't reasonable for the magic focus to break in 27 months. The tv can't be used until it's fixed.
